As a teacher, researcher, presenter and writer, my goal is to share the science of ancient practices as a tool for healing, realizing our full potential and awakening consciousness. Due to the dramatic effect these practices have had in my own life, the most important thing to me has become sharing them with you!
I am currently dedicated to scientifically investigating and sharing the benefits of mantra meditation and love sharing both the art and science of this technique through workshops, seminars and writing for people of all backgrounds and experiences.
