These one-on-one consultations draw on a combination of yoga therapy and western psychology in order to provide you with specific techniques that you can use day-to-day. We design a unique meditation and yoga practice according to your psychological and physiological goals. You may want to try meditation/yoga for the first time and establish a regular practice, or you may be looking to deepen an already established practice.
These techniques can be used to obtain physical, mental or spiritual goals such as increase confidence, self-esteem, improve sleep or focused attention. Ultimately, these practices are designed to develop more self-awareness and reach your full human potential.
