These 45 minute classes are open to all and focus on:
Maintaining mental and physical health
Decreasing stress and anxiety
Increasing mindful awareness and focused attention
Everyone! Suitable for beginners to learn yoga and meditation techniques for emotional, mental and physical health or yogis with an already established practice also welcome!
Include Yoga asana (postures) standing, sitting and lying. We incorporate breath work with postures, as well as use sound, visualisation and guided relaxation.
Include some gentle movements and then a sitting/lying meditation. We incorporate breath work, repetitive sound, visualisations and guided relaxation.
