These 45 minute classes are open to all and focus on:​

  • Maintaining mental and physical health

  • Decreasing stress and anxiety

  • Increasing mindful awareness and focused attention


Suitable for:   

Everyone!  Suitable for beginners to learn yoga and meditation techniques for emotional, mental and physical health or yogis with an already established practice also welcome! 

Yoga Classes:

Include Yoga asana (postures) standing, sitting and lying. We incorporate breath work with postures, as well as use sound, visualisation and guided relaxation.

Meditation Classes:

Include some gentle movements and then a sitting/lying meditation. We incorporate breath work, repetitive sound, visualisations and guided relaxation. ​

You will need:​

  • Zoom - you can sign up and download here

  • Yoga mat/towel for yoga classes

  • A cushion or chair for meditation classes
