WORKSHOPS FOR YOGA TEACHERS & HEALTH PROFESSIONALS...

A yoga teacher training module that explores the science of mantra meditation; how it can heal, reduce stress and anxiety, promote health and help people to feel more connected to others. We discuss recent scientific research and the psychological and physiological benefits of mantra meditation. This course provides yoga teacher trainees with a universally understood scientific language to communicate meditation to their yoga students, family and friends. We will do some mantra meditation practices to experience the direct effects and explore tips on how to teach these techniques to both individuals and groups.

WORKPLACE WORKSHOPS

Mantra meditation has been found to increase social connection when done in groups! Also, synchronous behaviour has been found to increase problem solving abilities so why not try some practices in your workplace and see the effects for yourself! This can be a great activity to do with your team or colleagues to improve workplace well-being. We will discuss how mantra meditation can increase focus, reduce stress and anxiety and help you to feel more focused on the job!
